“The Payroll Administrator course was just what I needed to gain a deeper understanding of payroll. The course taught me so much, and the knowledge gained has made my work easier and allowed me to support the team more effectively.
I was very fortunate to have Sam as my tutor. He was patient and understanding when I had questions. He always responded quickly to my texts or emails if I had any doubts. Everything was explained to me in detail, and he gave me a great deal of constructive feedback.
The flexibility of the course is also appealing to me. Sam rearranged the modules, so I would benefit from the course and I could better support the team. For example, I had to learn the Pension module earlier than planned so I could assist the team with solving some challenges that we came across.
After studying the technical modules, I have gained confidence in my job, which led to a promotion thanks to the support of Sam, who made the learning process very enjoyable.”
