Being a local authority we have a large levy pot and have had difficulty in the past finding training providers who could help us to organically grow the number of apprenticeships we have and spend more of our apprentice levy funding. As soon as we started to work with MBKB they got the unique challenges we faced as a large organisation who were constantly being asked to do more for less. And the challenge of incorporating a culture of apprenticeships within this culture.
